Return Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026. This return policy is conservative because the product is sterile/sealed. Final rules should be reviewed before launch.
Sterile and sealed products
Due to the nature of sterile/sealed products, we generally cannot accept returns once a product has shipped or left controlled fulfillment, unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
Eligible issues
Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or appears compromised. Include your order number, photos of the package/product, and a description of the issue.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used, tampered, temperature-compromised, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return. Products with broken seals may not be returned except where required by law or where the issue was caused before delivery.
Refunds and replacements
If an issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances, inventory, and applicable law. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Order cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be available.
