• For injection use only after proper dilution or reconstitution of a medication, according to the medication manufacturer’s instructions.
• For use only as directed by a licensed healthcare professional.
• Do not administer by direct injection without a medication or suitable solute.
• Contains benzyl alcohol. Not for use in neonates or infants.
• Not for use in epidural or spinal anesthesia procedures.
• Do not use if seal is broken, solution is cloudy, or particles are present.
• Use aseptic technique for each vial entry and withdrawal.
